Terms of Use Agreement

Computer Plus Services- (otherwise known as C.P.S.) You the Customer-Client agrees to provide C.P.S. professional to access usage of their Online Services to engage and assist in evaluating a services solution; of said pc or laptop computer. No Personal Data exchange is necessary for services received. For specialty discount services, proof of identity may be required (discount services are always optional).

Should such that, in the event of any interruption, defect, error, or other failure of service deliverable, not on behalf of C.P.S. we are deemed not responsible. Computer Plus Services, will commit to help resolve and supply resources, until we gain a solution.   Time extension(s) or returns are handled independent of each signed contract, for per each service received.

Neither Customer nor their representatives may use Professional Services or the Services Deliverables: in a way prohibited by law, regulation, governmental order or decree; to violate the rights of others; to try to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt any service, device, data, account or network.

To spam or distribute malware, in a way that could harm C.P.S. use of Microsoft’s software or impair anyone else’s use of any software applications; in any application or situation where use of the Professional Services (or Services Deliverables) could lead to the death or serious bodily injury of any person, or to severe physical or environmental damage.
