You the client/customer- account data is stored only for, proof of purchases, bookings, and or online meetings for services that you the customer/client have received. No data is shared with third party applications, without the individual administrator or company owner(s) consent.
All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and data; from customer/client or USA California resident, has access and full control over your account data, with your account login credentials.
All account data is stored and protected by Microsoft 365 business protected application software. Your account information and data are never shared with third parties by Computer Plus Services, data sharing consent, is a sole option of the customer/client.
At any time, you the customer/client may request your account information & data with our email. Get help with your account Or Request account to be closed at this Email: get-help@I-fix-pcs.com
*Recommended before closing your account, sign in your Microsoft account to access your data timeline, download or request your data.
When an account is closed:
All your account information, payment data files, for received services, with computer plus services, are deleted from our database, receipts become inaccessible and archived by law.
*customer/clients with closed account, can create a new account.
